Booking & Payment
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment has been successfully completed. Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation at the time of booking. Guests are encouraged to review their reservation details carefully before completing payment.

Occupancy
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy established for the accommodation reserved. Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

House Rules
All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking inside the accommodation may result in a US$100 cleaning fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect other guests, neighbors, the property, and common areas.

Damages & Property
Guests are responsible for damage to the accommodation, furniture, equipment, or other property caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation and for reviewing the accommodation description, occupancy limits, dates, rates, and booking conditions before completing the reservation.
